Hazelton Technologies provide a full turn-key electronics product solution. We take your initial design idea and help you write a specification that outlines your products features and functionally. This will identify any special requirements such as: power requires, user interfaces, compliance, etc. Then we develop a timeline and overall project costings.

Hazelton Technologies has experience designing and building products that have a variable of features and communications that include:

  • Industrial controllers with standard signalling 4-20mA, 0-10V, RTD, thermocouples, etc.

  • The latest 8-bit microcontrollers for small low power applications.

  • The latest 32-bit microcontrollers for performance and high processing applications.

  • Colour and Monochrome touch screen applications with sizes from 0.9” to 12” diagonal.

  • Serial communications using RS-232, RS-485, CAN bus, UART, etc.

  • Ethernet communications using HTTP, DHCP is a client/server, IPv4 and IPv6.

  • Modbus Client/Servers using RTU, ASCII and TCP/IP.

  • USB Device and Hosting configuration with FAT32 file management systems.

  • Wireless communications: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UHF, LoRa, Sigfox and more.  

  • Data logging applications on the flash memory i.e. SD cards or USB device.

  • Devices with the ability to have their microcontroller firmware updated using USB flash drives.

Electronic Circuit Design 

According to the customer’s specification the we shall design and create software schematics and PCB layouts. We can handle all component selection (and later procurement). We are able to design 2 to 12 layered PCB boards depending on your products complexity. We can provide full documentation of your design.

Product Prototyping & Fabrication

We are able to select and manage subcontractors to fabricate and assembly your PCB board. We provide testing and quality control to ensure the highest standards.

We provide full microcontroller program writing and testing service.

Touch Screens a& Graphics

As well as microcontroller programming, we create stunning touchscreen graphical solutions that can display any image or diagram. Our solutions can incorporate: buttons, sliders, gauges, checkboxes, text edit fields and much more. We can incorporate a graphics controller external to the main microcontroller, or for lower cost solutions the graphics can be handled by the main microcontroller.

Metal or Plastic Enclosure Design

Hazelton Technologies provides enclosure and parts design solutions. A 3D PCB model can be exported from our PCB design software into our Mechanical CAD software to allow us to design an enclosure that perfectly fits your PCB and other components. This insures that buttons and touch screens align correctly the first time.

We are able to select and manage subcontractors to create your enclosure and/or parts using CNC milling or plastic vacuum moulding.  We also provide a full manufacturing service.
